TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the registration and participation for all master courses of private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA. With registration, the participant accepts the General Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Principle for participation in the master classes is no age restriction. For underage participants the private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA can be accepted neither a plan nor liability. In the event that a master class more than 15 people would like to participate actively, an audition will be held on the first day of the master course. It be decided by the lecturer, who is assumed to be an active participant . Students who do not pass the audition, can visit the master course as a passive participant. The difference between the fee for active and passive participation will be refunded in this case on the spot.

REGISTRATION

The registration formalities must be already carried out one day before the start of the master course in the Hotel Lohninger-Schober. Here Participants will receive their participation card and any other relevant information. The participants who have not completed their registration formalities by the first day will be automatically logged out of the master course. A refund of the registration fee is not possible in this case. The participants who will not be present for the entire duration of their master courses, must inform the private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA simultaneously with their applications, but no later than 6 weeks before the start of the master course. Even with a shortened participation the full participation fee must be paid in any case.

PRIVACY

The participant acknowledges that the data provided by him / her will be stored and processed in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

LEGAL TRANSFER

Each participant agrees to the application that the private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA any video and audio recordings in connection with his participation in a master class , or concert , including interviews may use for promotional purposes.

LIABILITY

The participant is liable for the damage caused by him / her damages. A liability of private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA for all damages , unless they are based on intent or gross negligence is excluded.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR MINOR PARTICIPANTS

The parent or guardian who has concluded the agreement to participate in the master course on behalf of the underage participant, agrees that private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA exercises no supervision over the minor participant. This is especially true for the behavior immediately before and during the master course or after the end of the master course as well as inside and outside the premises in which the Master course will be held. Each application of a underage participant requires a signed by the her parents or guardians. The legal guardian shall be liable for damages caused by the underage participant. The legal guardian also has to keep the private MOZART ACADEMY AUSTRIA indemnify and hold harmless in respect of any claims for damages.
